Placements24 is seeking a Principal Medical Affairs Manager to lead strategic medical initiatives in Pretoria. You will develop and execute medical strategy for oncology products, cultivate KOL relationships, and ensure scientific integrity of clinical data.

The role requires deep oncology knowledge, extensive medical affairs experience, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making, with national/international travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• MD/PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a medical/scientific field.
• 8+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or related pharma roles with oncology focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute medical strategy for oncology products aligned to business goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders in oncology.
• Lead medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and symposia.
• Review promotional/non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams with medical expertise and data interpretation.
• Contribute to protocol development and publication planning; monitor literature and landscape.
