Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (PMP certification is a strong advantage).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within a mechanical engineering context.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, resources, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate and lead project teams with clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate and maintained.
