You will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and suppliers, mitigate risks, and mentor project staff, in a dynamic Western Cape environment that values innovation and rigorous engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical project engineering or PM.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from start to finish.
• Proficient with MS Project and Asana; strong engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate tasks, schedule work, allocate resources, and control budgets.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency planning.
• Lead project teams and ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct reviews, document progress, and prepare final reports.
