Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and servicing on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to perform repairs accurately.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks including lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Operate workshop tools and machinery safely for repairs and fabrication.
