Responsibilities include CAD modeling, FEA analysis, component selection, and documentation. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with electrical and software teams, and help drive safety and cost targets across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in mechanical design, with automation/robotics focus.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and FEA.
• Knowledge of mechatronics, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 13849 safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration in remote settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of automated machinery and robotic cells.
• Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings.
• Perform mechanical analysis including stress, vibration, and thermal with FEA.
• Specify components and BOMs and develop documentation.
• Guide junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety, cost targets, and performance specs.
• Oversee prototypes and testing; drive continuous improvement.
