Responsibilities

Review and develop understanding of client scope and objectives.
Conduct risk assessments during tendering to support bid decisions.
Evaluate opportunities, constraints and risks to aid bid/no-bid decisions.
Identify engineering, operational, commercial and safety risks and propose mitigations.
Handle technical clarifications during tendering and execution phases.
Engage with clients to resolve ambiguities and ensure clear requirements.
Provide technical leadership in solving design challenges.
Develop data sheets and liaise with vendors for proposals.
Assist in bid adjudication and ensure supplier compliance.
Provide ongoing engineering support through project lifecycle.
Review drawings and ensure alignment with project standards.
