Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in mechanical product design and development.

• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC, additive manufacturing).
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
