About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Remote Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative engineering team, working entirely from home. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems that meet stringent performance requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and assemblies, ensuring optimal functionality and manufacturability.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis , including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations, to predict and verify system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including product management, electrical engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, review designs, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot design issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a remote setting.
