You will collaborate with R&D, external partners, and academic institutions to leverage discoveries, develop IP, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related advanced technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced mechanical system design, research, and development.
• Proven track record of innovation and successful development of novel engineering solutions.
• Expertise in robotics, mechatronics, advanced materials, or complex mechanism design.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Research, conceptualize, and develop advanced mechanical systems and technologies.
• Lead the design and engineering of complex mechanical assemblies with high performance requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototype testing for new concepts.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, external partners, and academic institutions to leverage new discoveries.
• Develop intellectual property and contribute to patent applications.
• Present technical findings and project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
