Qualifications

• Master Electrician certification is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial electrical installation and maintenance.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
• In-depth knowledge of South African electrical codes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership experience supervising and directing a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of industrial electrical installations from planning to testing and commissioning.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and components in industrial settings with strict safety adherence.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan and execute work accurately.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure optimal performance and identify issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices with best practices guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
