• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial plant setting.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead projects and implement improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement new process technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related issues with minimal downtime.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate process performance and identify improvements.
• Develop SOPs and provide training to operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
