Job summary

FSCA South Africa seeks a Senior Manager: Regulatory Frameworks to lead and support the development, review and implementation of high-quality regulatory frameworks within the FSCA's jurisdiction. You will manage policy projects, draft regulatory instruments and engage with National Treasury on primary legislation.

Reporting to the Department Head: Regulatory Frameworks, you will lead a small team of regulatory specialists, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely, practical regulatory

Responsibilities

• Support the Departmental Head in implementing the FSCA Regulation Plan and policy projects.
• Design, manage, coordinate and execute regulatory framework projects.
• Develop, review and draft regulatory frameworks and policy documents.
• Provide timely regulatory support to FSCA divisions and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international regulators and industry bodies.
• Lead and develop a small team of regulatory specialists and advisors.
• Prepare management and strategic reports and support budgeting processes.
