Job summary

Amicorp Group in Cape Town, South Africa, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Digital Insights & Analytics for Client Data & Experience. You will define the client data strategy, own the single client view, and build enterprise dashboards across marketing, sales, and service.

You’ll partner with IT, Compliance and business leaders to develop AI-enabled analytics, measure CEI, and drive data-driven growth while ensuring GDPR/AML compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in client service operations, CRM, digital communications or conversational messaging.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business Platform (API) and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Combine client data with market and competitor insight to size opportunities by client segment and jurisdiction.
• Define and own Amicorp’s client data strategy and a single client view across multiple systems.
• Map and integrate CRM, Zoho and client platforms; ensure events reach the client record and align with IT.
• Build enterprise dashboards showing client journey, pipeline, revenue and retention.
• Develop models predicting attrition risk, cross-sell opportunities and client lifetime value.
