Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in market or competitive intelligence, strategy, consulting, research or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and run an always-on monitoring system for competitors, regulation and market signals.
• Review alerts daily, separate signal from noise, and escalate urgent developments.
• Draft quick briefings for major events to share with leadership.
• Profile key competitors across services, jurisdictions, pricing and leadership changes.
• Track competitors’ marketing, content and digital presence.
• Maintain battlecards and comparisons for sales offices.
• Gather win/loss insights with Sales Ops and field teams.
• Identify market opportunities by jurisdiction and client segment.
