Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and process modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Vereeniging, Gauteng area and willingness to travel for a hybrid role.
