Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant to enhance operations and performance improvement for clients in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. You will diagnose inefficiencies, redesign core processes, and implement strategic solutions to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

The role requires lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong analytical skills, and client management abilities. Travel to client sites in and around Nelspruit is expected, with a Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or related industry roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience working with diverse client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements in and around Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, combined with a Hybrid work arrangement.
