Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, operations management, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations across Gauteng and other regions as needed.
