Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Management Consultant to join our client’s Sandton practice. The role focuses on boosting client organizational performance through strategic interventions, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to diagnose performance gaps, develop actionable plans, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while mentoring junior consultants and managing engagements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or senior operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading performance improvement projects and operational transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on performance improvement and operational excellence.
• Assess client processes, operations, and organizational structures.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement strategic initiatives and manage change for sustained gains.
• Facilitate workshops and training to embed best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project documentation for executive review.
