Aramco seeks a Maintenance Engineering Specialist with refinery experience to lead maintenance programs, benchmarking, and budgeting across global facilities. The role focuses on developing, launching, and assessing maintenance processes, PM/PdM strategies, and KPI-driven improvements.

The candidate will analyze spend, implement TPM, RBM, and reliable maintenance practices, and collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to optimize spare parts and materials procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized program.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and practices.
• Experience with risk-based processes like RBM & RCM.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance.
• Strong hands-on spare parts and materials procurement experience.
• Best-in-class planning, scheduling and work prioritization.
• CMMS experience, particularly SAP.

Responsabilités

• Develop maintenance processes and management strategy with KPI reporting.
• Benchmark maintenance performance and identify improvement gaps.
• Review KPIs and trends to drive performance improvements.
• Analyze maintenance spending on manpower, equipment, and procurement.
• Assist implementation of approved programs like TPRM or reliability models.
• Design maintenance methods for new equipment and systems.
• Represent AMSD on committees and task groups.
• Define scope of contractor work when applicable.
