Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Expert to join Global Manufacturing Excellence, focusing on refinery assets and performance optimization. You will coordinate with asset teams, collect and analyze data, and offer strategic recommendations to uplift long-term performance across downstream assets.

The role requires a Engineering degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive improvements and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years in asset management or a related role within downstream oil & gas.
• Experience in benchmarking frameworks such as Solomon or RAM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for asset teams and enable GME communication.
• Design methods to collect and present asset performance data.
• Monitor asset performance and coordinate site data requests.
• Build relationships with asset teams across the Downstream portfolio.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on GME initiatives.
• Benchmark performance against Solomon RAM and industry peers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for asset performance.
