Qualifications

5–10+ years in mainframe operations or systems programming.
3–5+ years working with enterprise automation solutions.
Experience supporting mission‑critical production environments.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the administration and ongoing optimization of enterprise automation platforms.
Engineer high-performing automation scripts and efficient workload scheduling flows.
Architect automated monitoring and rapid‑recovery mechanisms to ensure zero‑downtime operations.
Establish and enforce best‑in‑class workload scheduling standards.
Tackle complex production scheduling challenges with swift root‑cause analysis and resolution.
Partner closely with cross‑functional operations and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Lead disaster recovery initiatives and business continuity testing to safeguard client environments.
Champion continuous process improvement to eliminate manual operational friction.
Define, document, and maintain enterprise automation standards.
