• Spearhead the administration and ongoing optimization of enterprise automation platforms.
• Engineer high-performing automation scripts and efficient workload scheduling flows.
• Architect automated monitoring and rapid‑recovery mechanisms to ensure zero‑downtime operations.
• Establish and enforce best‑in‑class workload scheduling standards.
• Tackle complex production scheduling challenges with swift root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional operations and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Lead disaster recovery initiatives and business continuity testing to safeguard client environments.
• Champion continuous process improvement to eliminate manual operational friction.
• Define, document, and maintain enterprise automation standards.
