The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of logistics management experience.
- Experience in transportation, warehousing and inventory control.
- Proven negotiation with carriers and 3PL providers.
Responsabilités
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers and 3PL partners.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports on logistics operations.
