Job summary
Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Manager for Senior Living. You own search strategy, the technical roadmap and content priorities for a portfolio of senior living clients across multiple communities, guiding writers and AI while shaping the ranking story with clear decisions.
You will lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, local and multi-location SEO, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, delivering quarterly roadmaps and client updates with measurable
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
- Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
- SEO for multi-location or senior living brands is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
- Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
- Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
- Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
- Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
