Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an experienced SEO Manager, Senior Living. You will own the search strategy for a portfolio of senior living clients, shaping the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking story during client inquiries.

You will be the strategic voice at the table and set the direction. You will lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, local and multi-location SEO, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, collaborating with writers and AI tools to

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on SEO experience, with audits and fixes performed personally.
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
SEO for multi-location senior living or similar businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI producing the drafts.
Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
