NGL is seeking a Course Lead & Facilitator to drive live, AI-driven executive education sessions from Cape Town in a hybrid setup. You will lead virtual Sessions, engage senior professionals, and build strong relationships with faculty and industry experts.

The role demands calm under pressure, strong judgment, and client-facing professionalism. You will own the live delivery experience across courses, ensure quality and consistency, and work closely with the Head of Learning Experience to scale

Qualifications

• An experienced facilitator, educator, host, or presenter with strong live presence.
• Comfortable facilitating sessions with senior professionals and large audiences.
• Calm, confident, and composed under pressure, with strong situational judgment.
• Able to balance professionalism with warmth and approachability.
• Strong communicator who can read the room and adapt in real time.
• High-autonomy operator who takes ownership without needing heavy process or supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead live sessions across multiple executive education courses with senior, global audiences.
• Maintain high-quality facilitation standards and refine session flow, pacing, and Q&A handling.
• Serve as a cohort champion, proactively checking in with students and monitoring engagement.
• Brief presenters ahead of sessions and debrief after sessions to surface insights for improvement.
