We're looking for a Course Lead & Facilitator to play a central role in delivering NGL's AI-driven executive education programmes. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who can confidently lead virtual online learning experiences with senior, global audiences and build strong, delivery-facing relationships with faculty and industry experts. The person will serve as a point of contact and champion for each cohort from start to finish.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and quality of live sessions across multiple courses. You will hold presence, authority, and calm in high-stakes environments, ensuring that sessions feel professional, engaging, and well-run even when things don't go exactly to plan.

You will own the live facilitation and learner course experience, working closely with the Head of Learning Experience, Learning Experience Operations, and faculty to ensure that live sessions consistently meet a high bar as the portfolio scales. Together with the Head of Learning Experience, this role forms the facilitation layer of NGL's delivery system, enabling multiple courses to run in parallel without loss of quality, consistency, or learner trust.

You will not own learning design, course logistics, or learner technical support.

This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable being the face of live delivery, thrives under pressure, reads the room well, and combines intellectual credibility with warmth, professionalism, and sound judgment.

What You'll Do
1. Live Session Facilitation
  • Facilitate live sessions across multiple executive education courses, focusing on one course at a time.
  • Hold authority, tone, and flow in sessions with large, global audiences.
  • Make real-time judgment calls when issues arise, keeping learners and presenters confident and calm.

Outcome: learners experience live sessions that feel credible, engaging, and professionally run.

2. Facilitation Quality and Consistency
  • Apply agreed facilitation standards consistently across sessions and courses.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning Experience to refine session flow, pacing, and Q&A handling.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning Experience on facilitation standards, calibration, and continuous improvement across course runs.
  • Review learner feedback and session outcomes to improve facilitation quality over time.

Outcome: live delivery quality remains high and consistent as courses run in parallel.

3. Participant Success and Cohort Experience
  • Serve as a point of contact and champion for each cohort throughout the duration of the course.
  • Proactively check in with students at key moments during the course to gauge sentiment and surface concerns.
  • Use available data and feedback signals to develop a clear, ongoing picture of cohort health and individual student experience.
  • Create touchpoints that make students feel seen, valued, and supported — going beyond logistics to foster connection.

Outcome: A cohort that feels genuinely supported and stays engaged.

4. Faculty and Presenter Experience
  • Build warm, trusted relationships with faculty members and industry presenters.
  • Brief presenters ahead of sessions on audience context, session flow, and expectations.
  • Host presenters during live sessions, ensuring they feel supported and set up for success.
  • Debrief presenters post-session and surface insights for continuous improvement.

Outcome: faculty and presenters feel confident, respected, and keen to work with NGL again.

Who You Are
  • An experienced facilitator, educator, host, or presenter with strong live presence.
  • Comfortable facilitating sessions with senior professionals and large audiences.
  • Calm, confident, and composed under pressure, with strong situational judgment.
  • Able to balance professionalism with warmth and approachability.
  • Strong communicator who can read the room and adapt in real time.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment.
  • High-autonomy operator who takes ownership without needing heavy process or supervision.
Bonus but Not Required
  • Experience in executive education, professional learning, or higher education.
  • Experience working with faculty, researchers, or senior subject-matter experts.
  • Experience facilitating virtual or hybrid sessions at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI, data, technology, or digital transformation topics.
  • A brief introduction to who you are and why you're interested in the role
