Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development at the tertiary level.
• Proven mentoring or supervision of junior academic staff.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective learning materials.
