Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of complex civil and commercial litigation matters including debt recovery, contractual disputes, and property disputes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Prepare clients for hearings and trials, and provide strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct witness examinations and cross-examinations.
• Negotiate settlements and manage alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in case law relevant to litigation practice.
