You will guide a team of engineers, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality, performant outcomes across diverse national and international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, leading complex projects.
• Experience with high-voltage systems, renewable energy integration, and smart grid technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for national and international projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee procurement of electrical components and negotiate with suppliers for best value.
• Conduct advanced system analysis, performance tuning, and risk assessments for large-scale projects.
