Job summary

Qualifications

• Abet level 4 or equivalent qualification / Grade 10 / NQF Level 3 or equivalent qualification with 3 years laundry Worker experience.
• Must have numeric skills and must be Computer literate.
• Ability to work under pressure, leadership, decision making, problem solving, and good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and plan work to ensure adequate provision of linen.
• Supervise laundry workers and monitor arrival/departure of trucks.
• Count and observe proper counting of clean and soiled linen; maintain quality control measures.
• Attend client meetings and perform required duties; ensure safe working conditions and reporting.
• Implement Performance Management and Development of staff (PMDS) and apply safety measures as required.
