Job summary

Excellerate Services seeks a Landscaping Supervisor to oversee outdoor spaces across our properties, leading a team of landscapers, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in landscaping, team leadership, knowledge of plants and equipment, and strong communication with clients and staff. A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in landscaping or related field.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of landscapers.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure work is completed to high standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping workers.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Train new workers and provide ongoing training to existing employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for landscaping projects.
• Provide estimates for landscaping jobs and work with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by landscaping workers
