Qualifications

• At least 6 LAPs completed.
• Completed LAMP.
• Train the trainer certification.
• Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
• Support clients telephonically/via email as the primary point of contact.
• Onboard new consultants (training and signoffs).
• Ensure appointments are booked efficiently.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Job description

We currently have an exciting position available for an Senior Labour Law Support Consultant to be based at our Head Office.

You are responsible for

Inclusive of but not limited to :

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
• Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
• Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
• Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently with area focus and the type of work in mind.
• Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.
• Secure develop and maintain client relationships
• Provide strategic feedback to CRM / CRC
