Qualifications

• Three (3) year’s National Diploma (NQF 6)/Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Labour Relations / Labour Law / LLB / BCOM Law.
• Two (2) year’s functional experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Plan and independently conduct substantive inspections to ensure compliance with BCEA and LRA.
• Plan and execute investigations on reported cases and appear in court as a State witness when necessary.
• Plan, allocate and conduct proactive inspections to monitor compliance and compile consolidated reports.
