Labournet, a proudly South African payroll and Labour Law specialist, seeks a Labour Law Consultant for the Rustenburg branch. You will service clients on IR matters, chair disciplinary inquiries, and draft judgments. You will help draft policies and contracts and assist with warnings to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Relations or HR/IR related field.
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Retaining and servicing clients on IR matters.
• Contacting clients as per schedule.
• Chairing disciplinary inquiries and drafting judgments for clients.
• Drafting and implementing policies and contracts.
• Assist with issuing warnings to ensure compliance.
• Manage Labour Law matters including strike management.
