Job summary

Momentum Health seeks an experienced Senior Java technical lead to design and deliver scalable backend services within the Multiply ecosystem. You will turn business requirements into robust architectures, spanning mobile APIs, gateways, core services, and production readiness with observability, security, and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and operations to ensure high-performance software across Multiply

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with strong Java focus.
• Design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
• Experience across full SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical leadership without direct people management responsibility.
• Experience with Multiply backend services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of Java-based applications and services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master/PM to deliver quality software per process.
• Gather requirements, conduct analysis and prioritise requests.
• Design and code readable, maintainable software with unit tests.
• Provide timely progress updates and production readiness considerations.
