Job summary

ARCS is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in Centurion. You will work with a stack including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Angular, Spring, and AWS MQ to design and implement secure financial services software. Strong integration skills and familiarity with UML, design patterns, and agile methods are essential.

The role emphasizes robust backend services, NoSQL and SQL databases, and modern DevOps practices. Prior investment industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc/ Diploma in IT or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2-4 years software development in financial services environment.
• Experience of integrating diverse applications and technologies.
• FICA Act and CDD systems knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of investment environment beneficial.

Minimum requirements:

• A relevant IT degree or diploma
• 10+ years of experience
• 2 - 4 years of software development experience in a financial services environment
• Experience in an investment environment will be an advantage
