Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of API design (REST) and microservices.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker.
• Experience with Git and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend, product managers, and engineers to define requirements.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
