You will leverage your deep IT industry knowledge, network, and ATS tools to assess candidates, manage client relationships, and oversee offers and onboarding for both contract and permanent roles. This hybrid role offers career growth and exposure to leading tech firms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and languages.
• Experience sourcing via advanced search techniques and networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen IT professionals for contracts and permanent roles.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments.
• Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and provide market insights.
