Qualifications

• 4 years hands-on IT/network/server experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux).
• Network Administration: Set up and optimise LANs, WANs, and VPNs with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Security & Access Control: Monitor security, configure firewall rules, manage user accounts and passwords.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Perform regular data backups and test recovery plans.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as escalation point for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• System Updates: Apply firmware updates and security patches.
