Job summary

Key Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced L3 Engineer to support a prestigious London-based client with enterprise IT infrastructure. You will act as the go-to technical expert, handling complex issues and leading critical projects across Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, and security realms.

Role involves IT optimization, automation, and strategy execution, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering robust, scalable IT solutions in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise IT support and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Citrix, M365, and Entra AD.
• Knowledge of backup, DR, and security tooling (Veeam, Darktrace, Zscaler, CrowdStrike).
• DevOps, scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting as escalation point.
• Lead RCA for high-impact incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Oversee virtualization, backup, storage, and disaster recovery environments.
• Architect secure, scalable IT solutions with network integration.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and drive IT optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape IT strategy.
