Capitec Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced insurance finance professional to own technical insurance reporting within the group and act as a trusted advisor to our growing insurance business.

Qualified CA(SA) with strong IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting experience, plus a passion for financial analysis, reporting excellence and stakeholder engagement, is preferred. 3–5 years in accounting or insurance reporting, with budgeting and forecasting experience, are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting, financial management or reporting within the insurance industry.
• Strong IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting experience in an insurance environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
