Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Administrator - Security Static Data to input, update and verify daily instrument static data across our investment systems. You will ensure accuracy and consistency of data aligned with external sources and internal processes.

The role requires a related degree or diploma and preferably 3 years in Asset Management, with strong numerical skills, attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• Related degree or diploma in finance, data management, or a similar field.
• Preferably 3 years' Asset Management experience with understanding of financial markets.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Input, update and verify daily instrument static data across Apex investment systems.
• Align static data across Apex systems and external sources daily.
• Resolve data queries promptly per SLA with clients.
• Update process documentation and assist in training new staff.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Specialists on ad hoc projects.
