Job summary

Aibel invites senior Instrument Engineers to strengthen our Instrument Department in South Africa. You will lead technical follow-up of instrumentation systems, prepare requisitions, review vendor documentation, and participate in FATs, ensuring quality deliverables and interface with multidisciplinary teams on offshore and onshore projects.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical follow-up of instrumentation systems, including the preparation of technical requisitions, review of vendor documentation, and identification of project information requirements. You will contribute to the design of solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure the quality of technical deliverables, and participate in FATs and other testing activities. Depending on project needs, there may also be opportunities to take part in offshore and onshore site surveys.

The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure effective interface management and the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
