You will present to executives, define standards, and coach a high-performing team to deliver high-value outcomes, while leveraging AI and modern analytics tools to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Business analytics, Market research, Statistics, Economics or related.
• 7-10 years in research, customer insight, analytics, or business intelligence with leadership experience.
• Proven experience presenting to executives and clients using insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead an automation-first insights function, replacing manual reporting with scalable, self-service solutions.
• Establish standardized templates, data models, and processes for consistent delivery.
• Partner with executives and internal teams to shape plans and priorities with data-driven recommendations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing insights team to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Apply AI/LLM tools to enhance analysis and efficiency while maintaining quality.
