Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, at least 5 years of scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project planning and scheduling experience in construction.
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using advanced planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather information for schedule development.
• Analyze progress against baseline, identify critical path activities and potential delays.
• Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules for stakeholders.
• Identify resource requirements and conflicts in the schedule.
• Assist in development of construction sequencing and logistics plans.
