Job summary

NTT Data seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support a multinational infrastructure landscape. You will secure and optimise on-premises and cloud resources while guiding a team across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, AD, M365, FortiGate, and CrowdStrike, plus driving disaster recovery, automation, and cost-efficiency improvements in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering.
3+ years in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.
Experience supporting multi-site environments, including BPO/Contact Centre or Financial Services.
Experience leading cloud migration projects.
Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and controls.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, support, secure and improve infrastructure to ensure security, availability and scalability.
Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V and VMware/HCI platforms.
Oversee backup, DR, and business continuity planning across sites.
Lead initiatives in cloud, automation and cost optimisation.
Provide Tier 3 escalation guidance and mentor junior engineers.
