About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Information Security Analyst with a specialization in Threat Intelligence to join their growing team in Bloemfontein . This critical role involves monitoring the global threat landscape, identifying emerging threats relevant to the organization, and providing actionable intelligence to prevent security incidents. You will analyze attack vectors, adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and disseminate this knowledge to enhance the company's defensive capabilities. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for staying ahead of cyber adversaries and possesses strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex threat data into practical security recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret threat intelligence from various sources (open-source, commercial feeds, internal data).
• Develop and maintain threat profiles and adversary TTPs relevant to the organization.
• Produce timely and actionable threat intelligence reports and briefings for security teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor security systems and external intelligence for indicators of compromise (IOCs).
• Support incident response activities by providing context and analysis of ongoing threats.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and techniques for enhancing threat intelligence capabilities.

Requirements
