Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations specialist to guide and advise business leaders on labour relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws.

You will manage CCMA matters, support union negotiations, and lead retrenchment and disciplinary processes, coordinating with management and external attorneys to protect the organisation and promote a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with extensive industrial relations/HR experience.
• 5 years HR/IR experience, with at least 2 in a unionized environment.
• Experience conducting CCMA/Bargaining Council arbitrations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary statistics and Department of Labour submissions.
• Provide ER guidance to management and staff.
• Lead union engagement, wage negotiations and union relations.
• Oversee CCMA matters and liaison with external attorneys.
