The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, 8+ years of experience including 3 in management, and a proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven process

8+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
Demonstrated success in leading complex process improvement initiatives.
Expertise in operations research, simulation, and data analytics.
Strong understanding of supply chain optimization and logistics management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
